Suara.com - Roma dan The Favorite menjadi dua judul film yang paling banyak mendapatkan nominasi Oscar 2019, demikian diwartakan The Guardian, Selasa (22/1/2019).
Roma, film yang menceritakan kenangan masa kecil sutradara Meksiko, Alfonso Cuaron di Mexico City pada dekade 1970an, menerima 10 nominasi Oscar.
Sementara The Favorite, sebuah film komedi yang mengisahkan intrik politik di era Ratu Anne dari Inggris, juga memperoleh 10 nominasi.
Selain dua film itu, beberapa judul populer seperti A Star is Born dan Vice, memperoleh masing-masing delapan nominasi Oscar 2019.
Penganugerahan Piala Oscar 2019 sendiri akan digelar pada 24 Februari di Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat atau pada 25 Februari waktu Indonesia.
