Menurut Ace Factory selaku agensi, kronologi Heo Dong Won terinfeksi covid-19 adalah saat aktor Seo Sung Jong dinyatakan positif. Pasalnya, Heo Dong Won dan Seo Sung Jong berada dalam satu project yang sama yaitu pertunjukan teater Jjamppong.
