RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Review company manpower planning needs and coordinate with department heads to fulfill needs
- Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
- Ensure improvements in sourcing activities, interviewing, hiring, data management, and reporting processes
- Research and choose best job advertising options
- Improve employer brand
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (time to hire and cost per hire)
- Build a company’s professional network through a relationship with HR professional, colleges, partners
Persyaratan Pencari Kerja :
- Bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology
- Have experience as Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant min 5 years
- Proven capability in handling problem solving, able to handle user and also become a business partner
- Have experience in various recruitment method, familiar with professional networks, able to work independently
- Have a strong decision making skills, good team management skills
- Eager, tenacious, have good communication, high energy
- Good in Ms. Office, understand of various social media platform
- Good in written and verbal English
