RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Gambaran Pekerjaan :

• Review company manpower planning needs and coordinate with department heads to fulfill needs
• Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
• Ensure improvements in sourcing activities, interviewing, hiring, data management, and reporting processes
• Research and choose best job advertising options
• Improve employer brand
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (time to hire and cost per hire)
• Build a company’s professional network through a relationship with HR professional, colleges, partners

Persyaratan Pencari Kerja :

• Bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology
• Have experience as Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant min 5 years
• Proven capability in handling problem solving, able to handle user and also become a business partner
• Have experience in various recruitment method, familiar with professional networks, able to work independently
• Have a strong decision making skills, good team management skills
• Eager, tenacious, have good communication, high energy
• Good in Ms. Office, understand of various social media platform
• Good in written and verbal English
• Good in verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and external
